Today’s awesome find is from well-known world-changers, Digital Eskimo. Check out their new web site that will help just about anyone create a brilliant campaign site. It’s got all the stuff you could hope for: petitions, email newsletters, easy tools to help people find politicians or CEOs to target.

If my mother had tools like this when I was growing up, I can tell you right now there’d be traffic lights at the bottom of Archbold Road and Kuringai Council would be running scared. What are you waiting for? Pick your passion and get campaigning!

A few years ago, I read a book called Blessed Unrest that really changed the way I thought about networks of people and what we can do when we put our minds to it.

My idea is that all activists, NGO workers, passionate people and anyone who has something powerful to say about peace, the environment, parenting for a progressive world or anything else inspiring can sign up for a blog here. Then, we’ll find terrific articles and ‘promote’ them on the front page so we can all stumble onto new friends and new ways of thinking.

Right now, it’s all free. If it gets crazy out-of-hand, my web host will insist I move to a private server and that will cost money and then we’ll need to talk, but that’ll be kind of awesome because it will mean this has been a huge success.
